We stayed in this hotel for a night for our sons birthday weekend and I’ll must say I’m glad we did. Ok it’s not the best hotel you’ll ever find but when it’s filled with amazing staff it makes the stay all worth it. It’s rare to get service like that now days!
I want to mention Denise especially, she was fantastic from start to finish. She even put balloons and a bag of chocolate in our room when she found out it was our sons birthday.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centrum. Close to everything you need. It is also good that you get fika, evening meal and breakfast in with the price. Of course if you don’t want all of that the price is not so great. …
The included lunch convinced me. We visited during the city festival and definitely had a blast. Obviously, the streets where very busy during that time, but the staff handled everything very professionaly. I'd definitely recommend that place!
Good that there is no carpet in the room, and one can get ear plugs at the reception for a quite night sleep. Comfy double bed with 2 separate blankets. Shampoo/shower gel in one, so bring your own conditioner or just at the corner they have a shop "Normal" with tons of those goods. Coffee break 15-17 was nice, in the mashine one can choose cappuccino, or just coffee from the pots, baked cake was served. Dinner was a good surprise. Soup, sallad buffé and a dish of the day: during our stay was lasagne - very delisious.
I mean, a hotel, with a decent room, that includes dinner and breakfast for two people in the room rate, plus a coffee corner all day, is not normal in Sweden. ||I found the parking on the street close by costs 98 kr for whole night. …
The room could be better - my matres were moving all the time. Also, it would be good to have one switch near the main door and one near the bed to switch on/off all lights.
Service was perfect. There's not much to select if you are vegetarian.

I love that the beds and pillow are so soft and fluffy, feel so comfortable to sleep on, the service was good, the staffs work proffessionaly. The rum is so spacious and calm. I will definatly come again.
We arrived two minutes before 8 p.m. and managed to have access to the free dinner before falling asleep in the excellent bed of our luxury double room. In the morning we discovered the relics from the past century like the beer bottle opener in the bathroom, the TV screen mounted off the horizontal plane and the steam iron to combat the wrinkles of your linen suit if you still wear one. An honest 3 start hotel, that is good value for money.
